About InReach
InReach Career Pathways is a nationally recognized leader in creating health care apprenticeship and on-the-job training programs. Our programs provide individuals with full-time employment and supplemental instruction to obtain an industry-recognized credential in the healthcare field.
Through key partnerships with health care organizations that serve as training sites, InReach has trained thousands of health care professionals since its inception in 2014. We are working hard to expand our services and reach with the earnest goal of bringing more apprenticeship opportunities to the healthcare sector.
In a time when our health care workforce is in crisis, we aim for the InReach program to be a key contributor to expanding and supporting workforce development and recruitment.

InReach is a division within a larger organization, Washington Association for Community Health (WACH), that serves as Washington state’s primary care association. WACH brings community health centers together to collaborate and expand access to high-quality health care statewide. WACH also helps community health centers navigate state and federal policy, provide evidence-based health care, and problem solve as a group. Our services include workforce development programs (i.e. InReach), technical assistance and training, and policy advocacy.
Our members deliver health care to nearly 1.3 million Washingtonians each year at more than 450 clinic sites. Community health centers are directed by local consumers and respond to the needs of the community, serving all without regard to economic or insurance status. They are vital providers in the state’s health care safety net, serving as the primary care provider to 36% of the state’s Medicaid/CHIP enrollees in 2025. WACH strengthens our member health centers' work with the information, partnerships and tools that make high-quality care a reality for people across the state.
InReach’s programs ensure patients receive comprehensive care at health centers and non-FQHC clinics by educating the future health care workforce at health centers and teaching health center values.
