Joining the program as a Dental Assistant

We don’t directly place apprentices into positions—we sponsor the program and work with a network of healthcare employers across the state. Each employer manages their own hiring process and decides which cohort(s) they participate in.

If you’re not currently working with a participating employer, there are two ways you can connect:

1. Explore our Employer Map – This tool allows you to find employers in your area who are partnered with our program. You’re welcome to reach out to them directly to inquire about open apprenticeship opportunities.

2. Fill out our Interest Form – If you’d prefer, you can submit your information and we’ll share it with employers on your behalf when opportunities become available.

If you’re already working or volunteering at a healthcare clinic that isn’t yet part of the program, feel free to share our information with them. We’re happy to connect and present the program to new employers who may be interested in joining.

Finding the right fit may take time, but we’re here to support you as you take the next step toward becoming an apprentice!
