about us
What We Do
InReach Career Pathways was launched in 2014 by the Washington Association for Community Health, in response to community health center workforce needs that have only continued to grow. We help our employer partners recruit and retain skilled healthcare staff through apprenticeship and training programs. These programs allow students to learn and work in the communities where they live. InReach has enrolled more than 1,200 students and is now facing unprecedented demand to train more Medical Assistants (MA), Dental Assistants (DA), and other healthcare professionals.

Over 800 Alumni
With our high program completion rate, we are consistently increasing the number of graduates from our programs each year.

98% CCMA Exam Pass Rate
We have an exceptional exam pass rate, which speaks to the quality of our curriculum and commitment to the success of our students.

70+ Employer Partners
We are proud to work with over 70 employer partners across the PNW region, who have experienced the value of our programs.
